Renter’s Insurance

I understand I am required to have renter’s insurance that covers my pet and must provide it to my landlord within 48 hr of my pet moving in

Animal Waste

I understand all animal waste must be picked up immediately

Animal Unsafe

I understand that if my animal creates an unsafe or unsatisfactory living environment for the other students in my unit I will be asked to remove the animal within 48hrs
